Deniece Aparicio
Principal
Deniece Aparicio is a passionate educator who has devoted her life to teaching and inspiring the next generation. With a deep commitment to academic excellence and Christ-centered leadership, she brings vision, warmth, and dedication to her role as Principal.
Deniece and her husband of 20 years, Edwin, are blessed with three children: Liam (19), Kayla (14), and Samuel (10). Family and faith anchor her life. Outside of school, she can often be found in the house of the Lord, where she serves on the pastoral team, helps lead youth ministry, and occasionally joins the worship team in song. ICC is family.
When she is not serving her school or church community, Deniece enjoys relaxing with a good book. Her favorite color is purple, and her life verse—Micah 6:8—continues to guide her daily walk with Christ:
What does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.”

Isbell Lopez-Ruiz
Kindergarten Teacher
Mrs. Isbell Lopez-Ruiz is honored to serve as a Kindergarten Teacher, building on her experience as a Preschool Lead Teacher since 2022. She sees teaching as a calling from God and finds joy in creating a loving, engaging learning environment for her students.
She and her husband, Mario, are blessed with two daughters, Norielys and Nathasha, and are joyfully awaiting a new baby. ICC has been her church home since 2011, where she has faithfully served in the danza ministry since 2015 and continues to pour her heart into other ministries.
Outside the classroom, Mrs. Isbell enjoys crafts, reading, hiking, skiing, and spending time outdoors. She loves the beauty of fall, neutral colors, a good cup of coffee, and making cherished memories with her family.
Psalm 28:7 The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise him.

Estefanie Flores
Elementary Teacher Assistant
Estefanie Flores has served as a Teacher Assistant since 2023, a role in which she discovered a deep passion for working with children. She is grateful to God for the opportunity to serve in the educational field, contributing daily to the growth and well-being of her students. Estefanie is a proud mother and a devoted wife.
In addition to her work in education, she practices her craft as a wedding and event planner, as well as a floral designer, where she is recognized for her creativity and attention to detail. She also has the privilege of leading the girls’ dance ministry at ICC and supporting the church’s décor ministry.
Estefanie considers herself truly blessed and remains grateful for the path God has placed before her, continuing to serve with dedication and purpose.

Estephanie Marcano
1st and 2nd Grade Teacher
Mrs. Estephanie Marcano is a First Grade/Second Grade teacher with 5 years of experience dedicated to guiding her students through discovery, learning, and personal growth.
Her mission is to create a warm, respectful, and dynamic environment where each student can reach their potential, strengthen their skills, and learn at their own pace. She deeply believes in education as a tool for transformation and in the importance of working together — families, school, and students — to achieve it.
She works with joy and professionalism so that each day in the classroom is a meaningful experience, where respect, curiosity, and effort become the pillars of personal and academic growth.
In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, being a mom to 2 sporty kids. She loves serving God. In addition to being a teacher, she is a Dance leader.

Marie Charette
3rd and 4th Grade Teacher
Marie is a devoted mother of four adult children and a proud grandmother of three. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and taking long walks with her two beloved dogs. Marie is also a member of her church choir; she finds great joy in worship and community. Her favorite Bible passage is Psalm 121:1-8, a reminder of God’s constant help and protection.

Stacy Parham
Middle and High School Mathematics Department
Stacy Parham has been teaching math for going on 23 years to a multitude of grades. Outside of school, Stacy can be found at the soccer pitch as she is also a full-time soccer mom. She also lives on a homestead that contains 3 large dogs, a rabbit, a gecko, 2 goats, a lot of chickens, a lot of ducks, and two geese. There is never a dull moment!

Ian Tosado
Graphic Design and Science Department
Ian Tosado is a designer with four years of experience creating clean, thoughtful, and visually engaging work. He enjoys exploring new ideas and bringing projects to life in a way that feels fresh and authentic. When he’s not designing, he’s usually watching sports or cheering (and occasionally suffering) for the New York Knicks.
His life verse is Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.

Jennifer Cardona
History and Middle School Bible Departments
Jennifer Cardona is a history enthusiast who loves teaching children about both the challenging moments and the triumphs of the past. When she isn’t in the classroom, she is pastoring the youth at ICC, where she is passionate about seeing the next generation flourish in both knowledge and fear of the Lord. Outside of teaching and ministry, Jennifer can often be found joyfully planning a wedding. Anchored by her family and her faith, she strives to live out Romans 12:2 each day.

Nayadette Hernandez
Smart and Elementary ESL teacher
Nayadette Hernandez is a Smart Block teacher who enjoys guiding students as they explore, create, and learn. She strives to be a light and encourage others each day. In her free time, she can be found spending time with her family. Nayadette is an advocate for students with special needs and has a genuine heart for people. Her life verse is Philippians 4:13.
